We are almost a PLASTIC FREE Brand and most of our products are delivered in glass bottles. Just in case the product is damaged in transit due to shipping partner’s negligence, and you receive a damaged product then do reach out to us on our WhtasApp no +919920192886, we would investigate and get back to you with a solution to replace the products or refund. However we are not responsible for refund or return of any damage to the product after the delivery of the product.

Please note that essential oils can react to some people, hence always do a patch test before using any product (patch test procedure is mentioned on the box of each item) as refunds due to skin sensitivity will not be entertained.
