SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Even though we are a website, and we function 24×7 to accept your orders, order deliveries will be prepared, processed and shipped between 10.00 AM – 6.00 PM Monday to Saturday.
All orders will be prepared, processed and dispatched within 2 working days of placement of order on the website, though our preferred shipping partners.
Even though delivery time is stipulated and not in our ultimate control, we expect the customer to receive the ordered product within 2-6 working days after dispatch depending on the receiver’s delivery location. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, delivery transit time may be between 7 to 10 days.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We ship all products across India and all orders of and above Rs 625/- qualify for free domestic shipping. We also offer cash on delivery service.
For all shipments having orders below order value of Rs 625/- a fixed shipping charge of Rs 60/- is applicable as shipping charge.
Just in case you require same day, urgent or express delivery for any of our products within Mumbai city for gifting purposes, please contact us on our WhatsApp No. 9920192886. We execute express shipments via our express shipping partners like Wefast. Additional express delivery charges may be applicable based on the order value and location of delivery. All express delivery orders are strictly on prepaid payment terms.
